 The Scientific Advisory Council is an independent advisory body that operates under the General Secretariat of the Federation and comprises a distinguished group of experts, specialists, and academics from various fields.

 The Board includes some of the most renowned consultants worldwide, as well as leading specialists at both regional and local levels.

The Board's mission is to provide advice, guidance, studies, and research on various economic, scientific, professional, and academic issues by leveraging the deep knowledge and extensive experience of its members.

Membership in the Board includes a range of experts, such as consultants, trainers, researchers, and academics specializing in a wide array of fields, which enhances its ability to address complex and diverse issues.

The Board also includes prominent thought leaders with extensive theoretical and practical backgrounds.

Through the diverse backgrounds of its members, the Council aims to offer strategic insights and innovative solutions that contribute to advancing research, developing business, and fostering innovation to serve the Federation's goals, its members, and its projects.

Procedure for Application and Appointment to the Scientific Advisory Council:

  • The appointment is made through announcements, interviews, or competitions.
  • The candidate submits a membership application to the Scientific Advisory Council using the designated form, specifying the required rank and detailing qualifications and experiences in the fields corresponding to the membership criteria.
  • The application is referred to the evaluation committee.
  • The committee compares the candidate's qualifications with the specified appointment criteria.
  • The committee assigns a score to the candidate and recommends the appropriate rank.
  • The committee submits its report to the Chair of the Scientific Advisory Council.
  • The Chair of the Scientific Advisory Council forwards the proposal to the General Secretariat of the Federation.
  • If the General Secretariat approves, the matter is referred to the Membership Department for a final decision.
  • The decision is issued, published, and the candidate is notified of their membership, including details of their rights and responsibilities.
